Artist History
Tolo started his career in early 70's. From Treviso Italy,he
has played in popular Italian bands such as Orme. Tolo has performed
at many popular music festivals all over Europe.Tolo has opened
for acts such as Jack Bruce (Cream) Ginger Baker (Cream)and
B.B. King. Tolo was the winner of the Jimi Hendrix electric
guitar competition (in the 18 and over category) that was held
in January 1998 in Seattle by the Hendrix Family.After he performed
his original composition Alpine Valley and a rendition of Red
House,he received the Voodoo-chile Award from Al Hendrix, Jimi's
father. Tolo has performed with Deep Purple's legendary drummer
Ian Paice om march 15 2002 in Italy, in front of 1200 people,
paying tribute to Hendrix and playing also his original songs.
